Gluten Free Hoisin Sauce

Still trying to perfect this recipe but getting closer each time, so it may be different next time you're here. I haven't quite got the 5 spice, Siracha, and Agave/honey quite right yet so experiment around with those variables.
Ingredients
1 Tsp. Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp. Shallot - Minced
6 Cloves garlic - Minced
1/2 Cup GF Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Tahini
3 Tbsp. Agave (or Honey)
1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar (or Rice vinegar)
1/2 Tbsp. 5 Spice powder
1 Tsp Siracha
Directions
Heat sesame oil over medium heat until just shimmering
Add shallot and garlic and cook for a couple minutes
Add soy sauce, tahini, agave, vingear, 5 spice, and siracha
Reduce to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Let cool and use as a marinade or use immediately as a dip or sauce
