I've always enjoyed cooking, baking, recipe development and creating good food with family.  When my daughter was diagnosed celiac and other family members with various food allergies or sensitivities I discovered that the store bought versions of most gluten free food was 1. expensive, and 2. not very good.

Add in the need to create meals that were free of multiple allergens and sometimes completely gluten, dairy, soy, egg, nut free, it became necessary to become creative with our meals.
